Returns, exchanges && Complaint

Do you want to return or make a complaint about an item? No problem – you'll find all the important information here:


Important: Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

For products that individually made or finished for you (e.g., with your name, desired text, or logo), consists of No right of withdrawal According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), these items are excluded from exchange and return.


1. Exchange

We offer no direct exchange You can simply return the items to us and will receive a refund after inspection.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order.


2. Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs in case of cancellation.
Make sure your return shipment has sufficient postage – Packages sent without postage due will not be accepted. and will be returned to you at your expense.

  • We cannot accept lost returns. not refund.

  • Use a shipping service with Shipment tracking, in order to track the receipt of the return.

  • Returned items must be unworn, clean and in their original packaging.

4. Refund

The refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the return – usually within a few days. However, no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice..
We always issue refunds via the original payment method.
Cash on deliveryPlease send us your bank details for the refund via email.


5. Free items during promotions

If you received a free item as part of a promotion (e.g., after reaching a certain order value), please note:

Should you return items and thereby fall below the minimum order value for the promotion, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

Example:
Order value: €100
Free item with a minimum order value of €90: Shaker worth €34.95
You return all items except the shaker → New order value: €0
→ We will deduct €34.95 from the refund amount.


6. Complaint (statutory warranty)

If an item has a defect, please send us an email with Image material and order number to:

  • The statutory warranty period is 24 months from receipt of goods.

  • Within the first 12 months, the burden of proof lies with us – after that, it lies with you.
