Returns & Returns

An item doesn't fit or you no longer like it? Have you ordered the wrong item by mistake and now want to return it? No problem. Please note the following points:

Important: These points do not apply to personalized products. No right of withdrawal for personalized products.

1. exchange:

We do not offer a direct exchange. You can simply return the items to us and we will refund the order value immediately after receiving the return. You can then place a new order.

2. return costs:

We do not cover the return costs in the event of withdrawal. So please make sure that your return is sufficiently stamped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept freight collect shipments. These will be automatically returned to you at your expense.

- Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost shipments!

- You can track your parcel online using the consignment number. This allows you to see exactly if and when your return has arrived.

Important! The returned items must be in perfect and resalable condition.

4. refund:

Refunds are usually made a few days after receipt of the return, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal. Refunds will always be made using the payment method used for the order. (For cash on delivery orders, we will of course need your bank details)
