Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you,
who is not the carrier, and who have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the

An item doesn't fit or you no longer like it? Did you accidentally order the wrong item and now want to return it? No problem. Please note the following points:
Important: These points do not apply to personalized products. There is no right of withdrawal for personalized products.
1. Exchange:
We don't offer direct exchanges. You can simply return the items to us and we will refund the order value immediately upon receipt of the return. You can then place a new order.
2. Return shipping costs:
We do not cover return shipping costs for cancellations. Please ensure your return shipment has sufficient postage. We cannot accept packages sent with insufficient postage; these will be at your expense.&automatically sent back to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund lost shipments!
- As a parcel, you can track your shipment online using the tracking number. This way you can see exactly if and when your return has arrived with us.

4. Refund:
The refund usually follows a few days after receipt of the return, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation.Refunds are always issued via the&Payment method used for the order. (For cash on delivery orders, we will of course need your bank details.)
5. Returns and refunds for free items:
We regularly offer promotions where you receive free items when you reach a certain order value. Please note that if you partially return your order and keep the free item, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free item from your refund.
Example: You order goods worth €100. With an order value of €90 or more, you receive a free shaker worth €34.95. If you then return all items except the free shaker, you will no longer reach the required minimum order value of €90. In this case, we will deduct the value of the free item (€34.95) from the original €100 payment and refund you only €65.05.
